1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vore ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. Vore is India's first performance-based clipping marketplace connecting brands with content creators.

2. Description of Service

Vore provides a marketplace where:

• Brands/Creators can create campaigns with fixed budgets and payout rates to promote their content
• Clippers can apply to campaigns, create short clips, post them on YouTube or Instagram, and earn per view
• View counts are tracked automatically via YouTube Data API and Instagram Graph API
• Earnings are calculated based on verified view milestones

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Campaign Rules for Brands

• Campaigns must not promote illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Budget amounts are fixed at the time of campaign creation
• Payout rates are set according to the platform's defined budget tiers
• Campaigns automatically close when the budget is fully utilized
• Brands are responsible for reviewing and approving clipper applications
• Brands must provide accurate source material and clear instructions

5. Rules for Clippers

• You must only submit video links to content you have actually posted on your account
• Submitted content must comply with YouTube's and Instagram's terms of service
• Fake views are strictly prohibited. Use of view bots, purchased views, or any artificial inflation of view counts will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending earnings
• Video links cannot be changed or deleted after a campaign ends
• Earnings are calculated based on verified views after a 7-day post-campaign verification period

6. Earnings and Payouts

• Earnings are calculated based on actual view counts fetched via official APIs
• Every 10% milestone of the target view count releases 10% of the earning amount to your pending wallet
• Pending earnings are released to your available wallet 7 days after campaign expiry
• In cases of budget exhaustion, payouts are distributed in order of highest views first
• Vore reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or terms violation
• Current earnings are tracked as numbers on the platform — payment processing via Razorpay will be integrated in a future update

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use fake views, bots, or any artificial means to inflate metrics
• Create multiple accounts to exploit campaign budgets
• Submit video links you do not own or have not posted
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights

8. Instagram API Usage

By connecting your Instagram account to Vore, you authorize us to access your media insights solely for the purpose of tracking campaign view counts. We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's API Terms of Use. You can revoke this access at any time through Instagram's app settings or your Vore profile settings.

9. Intellectual Property

Clippers retain ownership of the content they create. By submitting content links to Vore campaigns, you grant Vore a limited, non-exclusive license to display your content information within the platform for campaign tracking purposes. Brands retain ownership of their source material and campaign assets.

10. Termination

Vore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Upon termination, pending earnings may be forfeited if the termination is due to terms violations. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings amounts, or campaign success. View count data is sourced from third-party APIs (YouTube, Instagram) and is subject to their accuracy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Vore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of earnings held in your account at the time of the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vore after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
